Shipping Policy
At HJR Enterprise, we understand the profound value and fragile nature of original artwork. Our shipping processes are designed to ensure your acquisition arrives in pristine condition. We utilize fine art transport specialists to maintain the integrity of every piece from our gallery to your collection.
Original paintings require meticulous preparation and custom crating, which typically takes 5–7 business days. This precise phase allows us to ensure all surfaces are protected and the structural integrity is fully secured for global or domestic transit.
For larger works, we employ specialized fine art couriers and climate-controlled services. Domestic deliveries generally arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Collections traveling internationally average 14–21 business days, subject to tracking and specific destination logistics.
HJR Enterprise ships worldwide. Please be advised that international orders may be subject to import duties and custom fees, which are the collector's responsibility. We provide tracking and all documentation once the artwork has been dispatched and a confirmation email is sent.
If an artwork arrives damaged, contact the gallery within 48 hours. Retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence of both the artwork and the container. This immediate action allows us to initiate insurance claims and resolve the matter with priority.
