Artistic Final Sale
At HJR Enterprise, we curate exclusive, high-end original paintings. Please note that all sales of original artworks are final. Due to the unique and delicate nature of these pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Exceptions for Misrepresentation
In the rare event that an artwork significantly differs from its gallery description or high-resolution images provided at the time of purchase, we will review return requests on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a review, please contact our curators within 48 hours of delivery.

Damage in Transit
We take extreme care in professional crating and shipping. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, you must report this to us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Please include detailed photographs of the exterior packaging and the damage to the piece itself to initiate an insurance claim and resolution process.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Crating
Original paintings typically require 3-5 business days for professional securing and custom crating before they are dispatched to ensure the highest level of protection.

International Gallery Logistics
We use premium art-handling couriers for all deliveries. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on customs clearance and geolocation.
